In 2002, Lantis Roberts created the concept of "Old School vs. New School" step show in an effort to bridge the gap between undergraduate fraternities and sororities and their Alumni Chapter counterparts.

The Bond Production Group, LLC
"The Bond" is the sponsor of Klash of The Greeks. Each member of the organization share a common "BOND" through membership of the Noble Clan of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
The Bond Production Group, LLC started with five members. Aaron Barber (Zeta Up), Terris Walker (Gamma Sigma), Andre Clark (Iota Alpha), Marion Brooks (Iota Alpha), and Lantis Roberts (Iota Alpha).
Kevin Allen (Iota Alpha) and Keith Howell (Iota Alpha) later joined the group.
